  1. Entries for the CPL will be accepted on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. There is a maximum for each event as stated in the table in Section 2. Each organisation may enter more than one team in either event subject to the number of entries and approval of the CPL Committee.
  2. Each team will field two doubles pairs. Men’s, women’s and mixed doubles pairs are all permitted.
  3. A team must register a minimum of 4 players and may include up to a maximum of 10 players. At least 4 registered players (equivalent to 2 doubles pairs) must be present on each day of the competition. For instance, if a team has registered 8 players, it is not necessary for all 8 to be present

  4. No player may represent more than one team within the same event. However, a player is allowed to represent one team in the Corporate Event and a different team in the Corporate Championship Open Event. If a player is registered for two teams across the events, they should inform the CPL Committee (via email at cpl@tennishk.org) of their chosen team at least 24 hours before the first match of the event begins. Failure to do so will result in the CPL Committee assigning the player to one of the teams at the discretion of the CPL Committee.
  5. The names of any unregistered players must be submitted to the CPL Committee for approval at least 24 hours before the start of the first match of the CPL. Submissions should be emailed to cpl@tennishk.org.
