To be more environmentally friendly this year, please fill in the entry form electronically, including photocopy of the cheque made payable to HKCTA AND your digital signature and/or company chop. Please note that this Entry Form must be completed on or before the entry deadline 7 November 2025 (Friday).
(a) HK$8,500 for a team of a min. of 4 and a max. of 8 members
(b) Entry Fee for additional team members is HK$1,000 per person.
(c) Payment by cheque to be made payable to THE HONG KONG, CHINA TENNIS ASSOCIATION LIMITED.
