UTS Hong Kong 2025 Special Ticketing Arrangement

Due to the recent changes to the original match lineup, we have a special ticketing arrangement which provides a reimbursement option for ticket holders no longer wishing to attend.  Fans with pre-purchased and unused tickets have an option to apply for a reimbursement for the face value of the ticket if they register their request with the organizer before 4:00 p.m. on 14 October 2025.

Key Conditions for Reimbursement Applications

1. Applicants must submit their reimbursement request by completing the registration form and providing all required transaction details by 4:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on 14 October 2025.  Late or incomplete or incorrect applications will not be processed.

2. The personal information provided in the reimbursement registration form must exactly match the original purchase records held by the ticketing portals and channels through which the tickets were purchased, and the tickets must not have been used at any point
during the event in order for the reimbursement application to be accepted.

3. Reimbursements Not Applicable: Complimentary or promotional tickets issued by the Hong Kong, China Tennis Association (HKCTA) or any of its affiliated partners, as well as tickets that have already been used at any point during the event, are not eligible for reimbursements.
