The Hong Kong, China Tennis Association (HKCTA) is reviewing its National Training Squad (NTS) programme to elevate Hong Kong tennis to international standards. The HKCTA Council has identified the need for more resources to develop a strong youth programme and a robust competition structure.

To address these needs, the HKCTA will separate the performance and development departments into two committees: the Elite Committee and the Development Committee. This restructuring aims to ensure focused resources on both elite performance and grassroots development.
