The HKCTA Council has identified the need for more resources to develop a strong youth programme and a robust competition structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To address these needs, the HKCTA will separate the performance and development departments into two committees: the Elite Committee and the Development Committee. This restructuring aims to ensure focused resources on both elite performance and grassroots development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several key managerial appointments have been made to support this initiative.
