| Eligibility |
|
Open to public, except Employees of the Hong Kong Tennis Association ("Organiser") and Nikon Hong Kong Ltd. ("Sponsor"); and their subsidiaries and affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) are ineligible for this Contest. This Contest is only open to amateur photographers.

| How To Enter |
- Photographs should be submitted via email to daviscup_nikon@tennishk.org with the required information, including full name in English/Chinese, HKID Card No.(alphabetic prefix & first 4 digits), telephone number and email address of the entrant.
- Each entrant could only submit one photograph.

| Photo Requirements |
- Photographs must capture the theme of the Contest.
- Photographs must be taken by digital cameras during the Davis Cup by BNP Paribas 2012 Asia/Oceania Zone Group II First Round - Hong Kong China vs Indonesia (February 10-12); and submitted by 5pm, 29 February 2012 (Wednesday).
- Photographs must be in digital format. The digital file must be a JPEG file of 5 MB or smaller, and at least 1600 pixels wide (if a landscape image) or 1600 pixels tall (if a portrait image).
- Entrants are allowed to crop their photographs, adjust the brightness and contrast without dramatic alteration the look of the photographs. But other than those, any form of picture editing or modification is not allowed. Stitched panoramas are not acceptable.
- Photographs that have won awards or have been subjected to any previous form of judging process will not be accepted.
- The photograph, in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the entrant. By entering the Contest, entrant represents, acknowledges, and warrants that the submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the entrant, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the photograph. Entrant's rights will be terminated if the alternative occurs. The Organiser and the Sponsor accept no liability in respect of the failure of the above.
- The Organiser and Sponsor reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who fails to meet the Photograph Requirements; and any photograph considered to be indecent.

Judging & Result Announcement
|
| Shortlisted photographs will be reviewed by a Judge Panel which is formed by two representatives from the Sponsor and the Davis Cup Hong Kong Team Captain; and posted on www.tennishk.org for public voting. Judge Panel's vote will count for 60% of the final results; and the public vote will count for 40%. Results will be announced on March 21, 2012 (Wednesday) via the Organiser's website (www.tennishk.org). The winner will be notified via email by the Organiser. |
