Ninth-seeded Arun Prakash Rajagopalan of India defeated No. 13 seed Ervin Eleskovic of Sweden in straight sets, 6-3, 6-3, to capture the under-18 Boys' Singles title at the ITF Grade 2 Hong Kong Open Junior Championships 2003, while top seed Chan Yung-Jan of Chinese Taipei overcame doubles partner and No. 2 seed Sun Sheng-Nan of China, 6-3, 7-5, to claim the Girls' Singles crown earlier today at the Sports Institute.

In other news, the second-seeded Indian duo of Arun Prakash Rajagopalan and Divij Sharan defeated No. 6 seeds David Jeflea and Alexander Petropoulos of Australia in straight sets, 6-4, 6-1, to capture the Boys' Doubles title.
The day began with the Boys' Singles final where Rajagopalan continued his hot streak after upsetting No. 1 seed Kim Sun-Yong of Korea in the quarterfinals, as he overcame a determined Eleskovic to claim his first-ever Group 2 title on the ITF World Junior Circuit.
In the Girls' Singles final, world No. 24 and top seed Chan Yung-Jan of Chinese Taipei, secured her third career ITF Group 2 singles title when she saw off the challenge of doubles partner and No. 2 seed Sun Sheng-Nan of China, 6-3, 7-5, thus evening their head-to-head at a win apiece, and completed a sweep of both singles and doubles titles here in the territory.
Seeded first for the Girls' Doubles, Chan and Sun easily held off Liu Wan-Ting and Song Shan-Shan of China, 6-0, 6-1, in the final held yesterday afternoon.
