The Hong Kong ITF Men's Futures came to an end on Saturday with the singles final match being postponed to the afternoon by the morning rain. The fourth-seeded Kento Takeuchi from Japan outplayed Korean player Min-Kyu Song and won the match 6-2 4-1 Ret. and claimed this year's F3 singles title.
In the doubles final, the American duo that comprised Devin McCarthy and the number four seed Peter Kobelt were trailing 5-7 in the first set against Japanese Arata Onozawa and Ruan Roelofse from South Africa. The Americans did not rest easy and took the second set 6-3 leveling the match. They went on taking the final set 10-4 and the championships.
