The trophy presentation for the Hong Kong Junior Number One Players Award 2008, not to mention the pair of Sportsmanship Awards, took place last Sunday afternoon at the Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club following the conclusion of this year's Hong Kong Tennis Champions Cup in Association with Auto Sportiva Limited.
Congratulations to all the winners, and may 2009 be another gargantuan, breakthrough year for all racquet-wielding tennis cohorts.

The Hong Kong Junior Number One Players Award, along with the Sportsmanship Award, was initiated in 2006 with the aim of acknowledging the best junior players for their outstanding achievements and consistent performances during the year. Winners of the Hong Kong Junior Number One Players Award are those players ranked No. 1 in the HK National Junior Year-End Rankings¹ in their respective age groups.
The Sportsmanship Award is voted by the umpires and referees from local junior tournaments and is based on a player's attitude both on and off the court.
