Terms of Reference
- To plan and implement tennis related activities such as social, regional and overseas tennis activities for members, and services to HKTA members and member clubs for the enhancement of the HKTA profile and for expansion and increase in value of HKTA memberships
- To disseminate news, announcements and information regarding HKTA affairs and activities released by Council and other HKTA Committees
- To create and maintain a HKTA membership registry, a Hong Kong Tennis Player Registry, HKTA Coaches Registry and to issue membership cards
- To compile and maintain the archive of tennis in Hong Kong with articles and photographs
- To introduce new members to the Hall of Fame when necessary
- To provide advisory services to Member Clubs on area such as facilities management, equipment maintenance and club tennis programs
職權範圍
- 為各屬會及會員策劃、舉辦聯誼、區域與海外的網球活動，藉以提高香港網總及其會員的地位
- 為理事會和其他委員會發放最新資訊、公佈及其他活動消息
- 保管香港網總的會員、球員和教練名冊，並簽發會員証
- 收集及保存香港網球的紀錄，包括有關文章和照片
- 適當時推薦名人堂新成員
- 就設施管理、器材保養和會所網球服務，向屬會提供意見
